Do you ship worldwide?
No, at the current stage we only ship within United States of America.
Where do you ship from?
We ship directly from Plano, Texas, USA.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We strive to process orders quickly for your convenience. Please request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests made after this period. However, you can return your order for a full refund once it's received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal for secure and convenient transactions.
When will my order be processed?
Our orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Orders are shipped the following day after processing. Note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Depending on your location and current demand, orders may take between 1-2 weeks to arrive.
What if I don't receive my order?
If you haven't received your order within 21 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged with taxes?
The prices on our website are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may need to pay taxes based on the product ordered and your state.

What if the items I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If you receive defective, incorrect, or damaged items, please contact us immediately at info@miskrx.com. Include your order number and photos of the items, and we will address the issue promptly.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are credited back to your original method of payment.
For credit or debit card payments, the refund will be sent to the issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request.
Please contact your bank if you have questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
If you don’t see your refund after this period, please reach out to your bank or card issuer.
